LIVERPOOL: Mohamed Salah promises that Liverpool will continue to fight hard to save their season.
Premier League champions Jurgen Klopp struggled as they conceded an early lead before losing 3-1 to Leicester – the team’s third consecutive defeat.
Efforts to defend the Reds title also face a big threat when they are eliminated from the competition to grab two domestic trophies.
Supporters however showed support for Klopp’s boss through a banner at Anfield.
And Salah via Twitter said: “It was a difficult period for many reasons.
“We are champions and we will fight like champions, until the end.
“We will not allow this season to be determined by the latest results we have gone through.
“That’s my promise to you all.”
The Kop squad led 1-0 at King Power through Salah’s first-half goal but leaked three goals within seven minutes.
