MANCHESTER: Manchester United could exchange Juventus for Cristiano Ronaldo and Paul Pogba.
Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, previously revealed that the midfielder’s moment was over at Old Trafford.
The SunSport revealed that United’s board wanted Pogba to leave the team after Raiola issued the statement a day before the action against RB Leipzig.
Now United have a chance to get back one of their best players.
According to The Independent Football Writer Miguel Delaney, Ronaldo will be back soon.
“I talked to a few people this week because I was writing about Paul Pogba’s situation and it has to do with Ronaldo as well. Juventus may be interested in making a change.
“It is not impossible. If seen, Juventus is trying to apply this football idea collectively.
“They have tried with Sarri and now with Pirlo. But it is impossible because Ronaldo is there and his pattern of play does not fit the collective approach.
“There is no problem when Ronaldo plays at his best but Juventus have to play with their own pattern of play.
“That is the dilemma when in the long run, managers want to implement a collective system but when they do, it is an easy solution.
“We just sent the ball to Ronaldo but the problem is, it’s hard for players to get used to it that way.”
